1. Free Shipping on Scooter Orders
We offer free standard express shipping on all mobility scooter orders shipped to addresses in the continental United States and Canada. Accessories and safety gear ship free when ordered alongside a scooter.
2. Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and major holidays) from our regional fulfillment centers in Los Angeles, Dallas, New York, and Toronto.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, most deliveries arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Remote or rural locations in northern Canada or Alaska may require an additional 2–3 business days.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your scooter ships, you will receive an email and WhatsApp confirmation with your tracking number and carrier link (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or Canada Post).
