1. 30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your new scooter, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Scooters must be in new, unused condition with under 5 miles on the odometer and packed in the original box with all accessories.
2. 2-Year Motor & Battery Warranty
Every SmartRide scooter is backed by a comprehensive 24-month warranty covering the brushless motor, motor controller, battery pack, and display against manufacturing defects. We ship replacement parts free of charge from our USA and Canada warehouses.
3. How to Start a Return
